Terms of Service
In short. Endless Coloring is a coloring app for children aged 2–8, operated by FaceyIT FZ-LLC. An adult creates the account and pays. The first 7 days after you register are free and need no card; nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe. Once you do, the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and you can delete your account and data by writing to us.
1. Who we are
FaceyIT FZ-LLC ("we", "us"), Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Street C – Al Hamra Area, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@endlesscoloring.app.
These Terms govern your use of the Endless Coloring website (endlesscoloring.app), the web application (app.endlesscoloring.app) and the Endless Coloring mobile apps for iOS and Android (together, the "Service").
2. Who may use the Service
The Service is designed for children, but the account holder must be an adult (18+) — a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult and that you consent to your child using the Service under your supervision.
Children do not create accounts, do not log in and do not enter personal data. Purchases and settings are protected by a parental gate.
3. Subscription, trial and payment
- Free days: 7 days of full access, granted when you confirm your e-mail address. No payment method is required and nothing is charged. When the 7 days end, the library simply closes until you subscribe yourself — the paid subscription never starts on its own.
- Plans: USD 14.99 per year or USD 1.49 per month (prices may vary by country and store).
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
- Where you pay: in the mobile apps — through Apple App Store or Google Play; on the web — through Stripe. The subscription unlocks the library on every platform of the same account.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies — we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. For payments made on the web through Stripe, write to support@endlesscoloring.app; where the law of your country grants a right of withdrawal (for example, EU consumer rules), we honour it.
4. Content and licence
All coloring pages, illustrations, software and design of the Service belong to FaceyIT FZ-LLC or its licensors. Coloring pages are produced with the help of AI tools and are reviewed by a human before publication.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and to print or share the drawings your child colours for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell our content, extract it in bulk, or use it to train machine-learning models.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; do not use it unlawfully; do not share your account credentials with people outside your family.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features and coloring pages. If we make a material change to these Terms or to the price, we will inform you in advance by e-mail or in the app.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Where our liability is not excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
8. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated data, write to support@endlesscoloring.app from the e-mail address of the account; we complete deletion within 30 days. We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms.
9. App-store specific terms
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and FaceyIT FZ-LLC only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Similar principles apply to Google Play.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction — without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
