Delete your account

You can delete your Endless Coloring parent account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes:

• the parent account and the email address linked to it
• a subscription paid by card on the website — it is cancelled and not renewed. A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it in the store settings
• everything stored on our servers about this account, except what is listed below

You can also delete the account inside the app: Parents → Delete account. Coloring pages saved on the device stay on the device. If syncing was on, the copies on our servers are deleted together with the account.

What remains after deletion: server logs (up to 30 days); backup copies (up to 45 days, monthly archives longer); payment records that Stripe, Apple and Google keep under their own rules; and a one-way device marker, kept for 12 months so that the free days are not given twice.
