Deleting your data
In short. You can delete drawings, or everything belonging to one child, without deleting your account. It all happens inside the app, takes seconds, and removes the data from our servers as well — not just from the device in your hands.
Delete a single drawing
Open My drawings, tap the drawing to open it and press Delete, then confirm. It disappears from this device and from our server; on your other devices it disappears at the next sync. The account, the subscription and the other drawings are untouched.
Delete everything that belongs to one child
Open Settings (behind the parental gate) → Children → the child → Remove. This deletes that child's drawings, favourites and unfinished pages from the device and from our server. It cannot be undone.
Stop sending drawings to us at all
Settings → Drawings on all devices, switch it off. From that moment nothing new leaves the device. Whatever was already sent can be removed with the two steps above.
Ask us to do it
If you cannot open the app — the device is gone, the child deleted the app, anything — write to support@endlesscoloring.app from the address the account is registered on. We answer within a few days and delete the data within 30 days at the latest.
What is kept and for how long
| Data | After deletion |
|---|---|
| The drawing itself and its name | Deleted from the server immediately; the record of “this was deleted” carries no content and exists only so that other devices learn about it |
| A child's favourites and unfinished pages | Deleted together with the child profile |
| Parent's e-mail, password, subscription status | Kept — they belong to the account, not to the drawings. To remove them, delete the account |
| Anonymous usage counters | Not linked to the account and cannot be traced back to it |
| Server technical logs | Up to 30 days, then rotated automatically |
Want to remove the account itself along with everything in it? Delete the account.
